Managing your subscription

Crow Sensei Pro is billed through the App Store. To view, change, or cancel your subscription: open iOS Settings → tap your name (Apple ID) → Subscriptions → Crow Sensei. If you cancel before your 7-day free trial ends, you will not be charged.

Restoring a purchase

Using a new device or reinstalled the app? Sign in with the same Apple ID, open the Account screen, and tap Restore Purchases.

Audio or content not loading

All words, example sentences, and audio are bundled in the app and work fully offline — no internet needed to study. If audio seems silent, check that your device isn't muted (the ring/ silent switch) and that the volume is up. Reinstalling the app restores the bundled content.

Sign in with Apple

Your progress and subscription are tied to your Apple ID. If sign-in fails, make sure you're signed in to iCloud in iOS Settings and connected to the internet, then try again.

Deleting your data

Your learning data lives on your device. To remove your signed-in identity, sign out on the Account screen; to remove all app data, delete the app from your device.
