1. The Service

Crow Sensei provides JLPT Japanese vocabulary learning content (example sentences, audio, kana annotations, and review tools). The content is intended as a learning aid; we work hard to keep it accurate but cannot guarantee it is error-free.

2. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features require a subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew and are billed through the App Store: unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, they renew automatically. You will not be charged if you cancel before the free trial ends. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in iOS Settings.

3. User Conduct

Do not use the app unlawfully, circumvent its payment mechanisms, or scrape its content in bulk. We reserve the right to discontinue service to anyone who violates these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

The app's interface, code, and curated or generated content are protected by copyright. Licensing for the source vocabulary data is listed on the Open-Source Licenses page (available in the app).

5. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the app.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the app or on our website.
